| Sat 9/22/07. 9am slot.
(*If you do not have any mechs or would like to borrow let me know and I can see if I have something you would like to use. Also if you do not have a RP Target tokens let me know so that I can copy them before the event.)
Prizes: I would like to extend a big thank you to Eclipse Books & Comics (Rob and Eric) for providing the prizes for this event and providing battle grounds for the local MW community. This year we have a Heavy and Light Solaris VII action packs. The winner gets to chose which action pack they would like and the player awarded fellowship will recieve the other.
Requirements: Each player is responsible for bringing in 1 Assault class battlemech of their choice not to exceed 350 points with pilot and gear. Mechs from Age of Destruction series/Battle Force (two slots on the heat dial) may have pilot and gear added to their mech as long as their total is 350 or less and all requirements are fulfilled. These mechs are denoted by having an A after their serial number. (Example: MAR-2C3-A. This is found on the right hand side from the stat slot (looks like a boot)). No RISC gear allowed.
Players bringing in mechs from Dark Age (no slots on the heat dial) may bring in a battlemech not to exceed 350 points. These mechs are not allowed to add pilots and gear.
I will check each mech before the event to make sure that it follows the guidelines and will have others standing by incase there is a problem.
Each players is also responsible for bringing in Target Tokens worth 30 RP points. Don't worry if you do not have any, I will copy a few in advance just let me know what you would like and I can get it to you before the event.
Play: This event will consist of three rounds, possibly more, depending on player turn out. Winner is decided by RP points.
We are going to be keeping this as simple as possible in case we get a large turn out of new players.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and I hope to see you there.
If you need practice or want to learn the game, I am at the store every Sunday from open to close and more then happy to talk shop and play a few games. : ) | | Back to top | |
